Welcome to NIU AURA.
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the NIU AURA online store.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Swedish or EU law.
1. About NIU AURA
NIU AURA is a Sweden-based home décor brand inspired by Scandinavian design, simplicity and modern spaces.
Our products are designed by NIU AURA and developed using modern 3D printing technology.
Contact: support@niuaura.com
Location: Södertälje, Sweden
2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours and dimensions are accurate.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting and your screen.
Because our products are produced using 3D printing technology, minor variations in surface finish may occur.
These variations are a normal part of the production process and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in Swedish kronor (SEK) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown during the purchasing process.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or information errors.
If an obvious error occurs, we will contact you where reasonably possible before processing the order.
4. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
The confirmation confirms that we have received your order.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment already made for the affected order.
5. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout.
Payment information may be processed by our selected payment provider.
Additional terms from the payment provider may apply to the payment transaction.
6. Delivery
Available delivery options and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, product availability and shipping method.
Where available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
7. Right of Withdrawal
When you purchase products online as a consumer, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period generally begins on the day after you receive the goods.
You do not need to give a reason for exercising your right of withdrawal.
You can contact us by email:
Please see our Returns & Refunds page for details about returning products and receiving refunds.
8. Returns & Refunds
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, the product must normally be returned within the applicable period.
Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is normally responsible for the direct cost of returning an item when exercising the right of withdrawal.
For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products, different rules may apply.
Please see our Returns & Refunds page for the complete return procedure.
9. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or you believe it has a defect, please contact us.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the problem
- Photographs of the product and packaging where useful
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
10. Personalised Products
If NIU AURA offers products that are made specifically according to a customer’s individual specifications or are clearly personalised, an exception to the statutory right of withdrawal may apply.
Any such exception will be clearly explained before you place the order. Swedish distance-selling rules recognise such exceptions.
11. Customer Accounts
Customers may create an account to access features such as:
- Order history

- Billing and delivery addresses
- Account management
Customers are responsible for keeping their login information secure.
12. Intellectual Property
NIU AURA owns or has permission to use the original designs, photographs, graphics, text, logos and other content published on this website.
Content may not be copied, modified, distributed or commercially used without permission.

The latest version will be published on this page.
15. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or limits rights provided to consumers under mandatory Swedish or EU consumer legislation.
If any provision conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the applicable law will prevail.
